Payment is due at each lesson. This does not reserve a regular weekly time slot. Lessons may be scheduled up to two weeks in advance. Once the lesson is scheduled you will still owe for the lesson if you do not show up unless you give me at least a two hour cancellation notice.

If my schedule allows, I will offer a time for a make-up lesson if you cannot make your scheduled lesson. I require at least a two hour cancellation notice and will not provide a make-up lesson for a missed lesson if I was not given the required notice.

If I am unable to teach a prepaid lesson for any reason (e.g., illness or a level three snow emergency), I will offer a make-up lesson or apply your payment towards the next month/lesson. If you pay by the month and your regularly scheduled time slot falls on a holiday, you have the option to take a make-up lesson, or simply skip that week and not be charged for it.
